Rufus Wainwright vs. Donald Trump

Ter ou não ter poder, eis a questão.
Ou seja: ter poder implica um grau de responsabilidade que podemos não saber assumir.
Que é como quem diz: vivemos tempos em que a história da espada de Dâmocles pode e deve ser revisitada [aqui, em inglês].
E quem o diz é Rufus Wainwright numa canção devidamente intitulada Sword of Damocles. Mas não é uma banal evocação fabulista: primeiro, porque Rufus dedica a sua lição a alguém que dá pelo nome de Donald Trump; depois, porque, em última instância, o que está em jogo é a necessidade, mais do que isso, a urgência de exprimir o seu voto.
